Operating System: Latest version of MacOS, Windows 10 or higher version

Processor: Intel®, AMD®, Apple M1/M2® are all supported

Display: 1280 x 768 screen resolution

Hard Drive: 500 MB for installation, recommend 1GB for ongoing operation (dependant on your personal preferences in terms of where you store your files and how often you archive to another device/cloud)

System Permissions: Admin permissions are required for installation

It’s easy and works just like any application. Watch a walk through of the installation process here. 

It takes on average 10 minutes to deliver an email with the registration/verification code. If you didn’t receive the verification code email, please check your spam folder as it might be in there. If you still don’t have it, please contact our support team. 

We currently support the following file formats:
  • Video: mov, wmv, avi and mp4
  • Images: jpg, jpeg and png

Our Smashes are exported as MP4 files and are available in the following resolutions: 1080, 720 or 480. The higher the resolution, the longer it may take to generate your Smash.
