Can I purchase additional licenses down the road?

The simple answer is yes. We will prorate your purchase so your renewals are synced up to the renewal date of your first license purchased.

Can I really cancel any time?

You can cancel at any time, but will continue to have access to Clipsmash and any releases available until the end of your billing cycle.

Will I receive receipts for my transactions?

Yes, you will. You can also access receipts for all transactions in your account.

Does Clipsmash have any commercial stake in the videos I create?

We definitely do not have any commercial stake in the videos you create. The ownership of any content will always be yours and solely yours.

Can I install Clipsmash on more than one computer with a single license?

Unfortunately not. However, you can easily transfer and activate your license key on a different computer. You will have to release it from one computer before you can install it on the next one. You can also transfer between computers that are on different operating systems.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I export a version of my video without a watermark?
You can enjoy Clipsmash for seven days without purchasing a license. Any videos or clips exported without a license will display the Clipsmash watermark. After you purchase a license, you can re-export any videos made during the free trial and they will be watermark free.
